In accordance with the provisions of the Law aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality of December 24, 2021, À×»ðÌåÓý¹ÙÍø has published for the third year, the representation of women and men, within the Governing Bodies and Senior Executives, for the year 2024.

Committed to improving gender balance at the highest levels of responsibility (NR 10 to 12**) since 2018, the Group has achieved its 2024 target of 21% by reaching 21.1% women in this population as of December 31.
With a rate of 16.6% in 2018, the Group has set a target of 22.5% by 2026.
Governing Bodies (Article L.23-12-1 of the French Commercial Code***):
À×»ðÌåÓý¹ÙÍø Services Numérique SAS’s Executive Committee consists of 30% of women and 70% of men.
The others French companies of the Group, which are subject, due to their workforce, to the provisions of the Law, aimed at accelerating economic and professional equality of December 24, 2021 do not have a dedicated governing body.
However, these companies belong to Global Business Units that have an executive committee whose gender balance is monitored by objectives set at Group level.
Thus, the Group has set a target of having 75% of Executive Committees with at least 4 women by 2026, since the previous target of having 75% of Executive Committees with at least 3 women was reached in 2023. By the end of 2024, 64.1% of the Group's Executive Committees had at least 4 women, compared to 52.6% at the end of 2023.
